主要用途

本機床為寬砂輪無心磨床，主要用來磨削直徑為10~200mm的各種軸承外圈表面以及相類似的其它各種等直徑零件的外表面，如活塞銷，氣缸套，活塞，短軸等，適用于大批量的通磨磨削。機床又具有自動切入機構及機械手的液壓和電氣控制系統，因此配備必要的機械手上下料裝置和其它專用裝置后，機床也可作切入成形磨削，如羅拉，錠桿等成形零件的磨削。

結構特點

1、機床布局采用雙面移動形式；

2、砂輪主軸為雙支承結構，采用多片動壓軸承

3、導輪主軸為雙支承結構，采用多片動壓軸承

4、導輪架進給以及砂輪修整器仿形導軌均采用滑動導軌；

5、砂輪架進給采用靜壓導軌；

6、可以配置上下料。
